Order Info
To place your order, add the desired items to your shopping cart. Complete your order by
entering your information including your payment information on our SECURE server. We
accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PAYPAL. Your personal
information is not sold or used for any other purpose than to charge you for your order.
Carefully check the quantities and details of the order for accuracy.
Once payment is received, all in stock orders will be placed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Info
Cold Blooded 4x4 ships your merchandise using UPS, FedEx, and various truck freight
companies for domestic shipments within the continental United States. Transit times vary
between the numerous different companies, approximately 2-10 business days. You will be
notified when your product has shipped.
For your safety, shipping to a different address may require additional time to verify the
shipping address before the order gets processed, so shipping to a different address may
delay your order.
Please contact us if you want to place a rush order to verify availability and shipment date.
We do not ship outside the 48 continental states. Please no P.O. Boxes.
We do offer in store pick-up for East Texas residents.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date. You must have your
original sales receipt in order for any return and/or warranty to be valid. Please contact us to
authorize a return. A 15% restocking fee plus return pre-paid freight will be applicable. C.O.
D.’s will not be accepted.
Suspension kits must be in original packaging and in excellent condition. Kits that have been
installed, scratched, or not in original packaging may NOT be returned.
Order Cancellation
Orders that are cancelled before shipment will result in a 5% processing fee.
